Alex is an impressive professional Rugby League player and will challenge anything before him on the field. Alex feels he is ready to play at the highest level of the code and represent his native country, New Zealand and he was unlucky to miss out in this years (2009) Test series after being named as 18th man but withdrew after sustaining injury late in the NRL season. Typically of Alex, he took it in his stride but when he is ready he will bring to the NZ team a natural born desire and ability to dominate any opposition.
